Sophia (Naixin) Li is a PGA of Canada Class “A” Professional and the Founder & Head Professional of So Golf Academy. With over 16,000 hours of coaching experience, she works with golfers of all levels - from beginners to competitive players and university athletes, including serving as a coach for the Toronto Metropolitan University (TMU) Golf Team.

Sophia is a TPI Level 3 Coach, U.S. Kids Golf Certified Coach, SAM PuttLab Certified Coach, and holds a PGA of Canada Golf Operations Specialization. She is ranked #1 in the 2025 PGA of Ontario Professional Recognition Program, and is the 2024 PGA of Ontario Junior Leader of the Year and Professional Development Award recipient. She also contributes to industry growth through the PGA of Ontario EDI Committee and the Golf Canada Women in Coaching Program.

Dedicated to growing the game, Sophia supports junior development programs such as First Tee – Ontario and leads adaptive golf sessions for athletes with intellectual and developmental differences. Her junior athletes have earned numerous titles and achievements across North America.

Her coaching approach blends biomechanics, mental performance, and individual expression—helping each golfer build a swing that feels natural, confident, and uniquely their own.
